Never heard of this ailment before. Here is one take:

"Back pain can have causes that aren't due to underlying disease. Examples include overuse such as working out or lifting too much."
 
Did some Dr. Google and it seems like this is just one of those things you have to wait out with ice packs and anti inflammatory medicine.

Sucks but I don't think this is necessarily going to be a chronic issue once he's over it.

Maybe apples and oranges, but I had some bad shoulder bursitis for a month but when I finally bothered addressing it with cold packs and OTC meds it went away pretty fast and never came back.

Bummer he'll be out longer, but better that then it lingering all season

yeah I think with playing time he can raise his value but hard to get time behind Fox and Monk
 
Well now we know it happened in Dallas, makes sense. Doesn’t sound like he plans to return tonight or the immediate future. Hopefully it’s just the next two games.

His closeouts too have been next level, and staying down on those.

Because the idea that the fate of our season rested on the shoulders of Monte trading the rights to OMax Prosper was laughable at best and incredibly stupid at worst.

Also the fact that our elite catch and shoot wing who was supposed to be bad at defense is now also defending better than a reported defensive specialist bears mentioning.

I'm sorry, who said the fate of the season rested on that? It definitely wasn't me, I simply said we should have picked him who exactly is saying that the fate of our season rested on that are you just making that up?

lol this is literally the first I’m hearing of you wanting us to pick him.
there were multiple extremely vocal members of the forum (one of whom has left the building for being something of a jackwagon) who were adamant that OMax was the solution to all of the Kings problems to the point of it becoming something of a meme here. You weren’t one of them.
 
Hopefully, Murray will play tonight, even if it's just for a few short stints before he gets his stamina back. The Kings cannot expect to perform against the elite teams in the playoffs unless he's playing and playing very well to boot.
