If you cannot manage to keep from posting something either derogatory or disrespectful, please simply do not post anything.

This is about a man's health and life, not some weird conspiracy theory. Show some respect.

It sounds like a minor procedure and I certainly hope it is that and coach can make a full recovery with zero complications.

I've been very frustrated this season with how the Kings have played and angry about how they've been coached. But I haven't been angry at Karl if that makes sense.

George Karl is a lifer. A gym rat who seemingly doesn't know what to do with himself outside of basketball. A hall of fame coach who wasn't ready to hang it up because he loves the game too much. Maybe his difficult battles have taken too much out of him to be as effective as he needs to be. Maybe this team just doesn't have what it takes to win and his ill-fitting schemes just exacerbate that, making him the scapegoat. Or maybe the roster is too ill-suited to what he wants to do. Maybe the game has passed him by. It's probably a combination of a few of those things.

But I don't think George Karl took the Kings job to cash a check. I think he really believed he'd turn this team around like he has turned numerous other teams around in his career. He's not the bad guy. He's just not the right coach. But he IS a coach that has contributed a ton to the NBA through his decades of coaching. I'm just sorry that it didn't work out with this team.

But I will always pull for him hard in this matchup. Go coach. F*** cancer.

As awful a coach as he's been, I'm not about to wish ill health on anyone.

Good to see it isn't serious.

Get well soon Karl!

I've only deleted one post in here and it wasn't yours.
I wasn't saying that. For some reason, my note was not allowed to be posted. It was a long post so I gave up. I saw a variety of comments, one intimates he needed a little cleanup work or whatever you want to call it and it was not cancerous tissue itself. Cancer is an ugly word. Medicine has come a long way.

Oh, whew. :)

I've had the same problem once or twice. I think it's related to the server, but am not sure.
