This is the SAME style of basketball that got us crushed against Detoilet and will get us mauled by San Antonio and will have us sub-500 for the season.
Hitting long range jumpers is not going to equate to long term success.
I said it during the last win (ages ago) ... you'll go through streaks. One day you can't miss, the next you can't hit. There is no balancing force. The "old crew" used to have a balancing force and that was Webber and Vlade. Two supremely talented individuals. Webber was one of the top 3 PFs in the league and the Kings used him ... a lot.
Now, we jack up jumpers. We hit 66% in the beginning and coasted after that. Conversely, when we lost to the Knicks we shot 34% (or somesuch). It's not going to provide any balance.
Utah lineup right now couldn't beat a garbage can. In essence, we beat their bench. A bench that has been over-played in the past 6 days.
We should beat the stuffing out of them. If "King's Basketball" is about getting riled up for beating scrubs, I guess I have more pride than that.
