JT does not have a problem with talent or effort, two things you can't teach. In time he will finish more around the basket and show a more complete offensive game. Just give him time. Look at Spencers output last year compared to this year. It is night and day.

I predict that at this time next year we won't be talking about this topic. JT will adjust to the nba game, and I think he has done pretty well given he doesn't have a great veteran pf to learn from.
