With the Clippers trading for G/F Lance Stevenson and probably going to add Paul Pierce to give them outside shooting on the wing later this summer (if he opts out and takes less to go home), the Clippers will probably try to trade Jamal Crawford. I think they would prefer a third big man, who can defend and rebound to rebalance their roster.

I'm not the biggest Crawford fan. I'm not sure how he fits on a non-playoff team. And he's gone after one year. But, JT for Crawford could make sense for both teams.

Kings outside shooting and somebody to close games on a one year rental, which give the Kings time to play the better of Ben/Nik and evaluate the lesser of the two for another year. Next summer, they can better determine what needs to be done at the SG position.

I'm not on the WCS band wagon, but I'm assuming that he or Portzingis in the mix and will also sign one of the centers on the market for a one year deal (somebody that didn't get way over paid this year) and would take a lucrative one year offer to go back into free agency once the cap goes up.

We would still need to give WCS or Porzingis a little time, and our big men bench even if either of those guys comes in and exceeds standards would be thin without Thompson. I dunno. Thompson is one of the most predictable players around, he is gonna suit up for 80 games and do his usual, while Crawford is a mystery at this point.

A more reasonable deal if they want to dump salary would be Ray to the Clips for Crawford, we do that only after exploring other options and adding someone like Miller first, and still with some spending money around possibly.

Id rather he come off the bench but he could very well start for us
