I Need Help on My Windows XP Please!!

OK, I need to know how to change the computer administrator from one user to another. How do you do that?

you log on as a sys admin and go to control panel, users and select that user account and change their role. You can also probably type your request in your start, help menu.

Is it ok, if I disable teh local administrator account? O is that a bad thing or a good thing?

Since I am not a computer administartor, I am not allowed to install some things. Will this help?

But, why does it say this when I am installing the new MSN messenger:

"You do not have suffiecent privelages to complete this installation for all users of the machine. Log on as an administrator and then retry the installation."

What is wrong?
