86 for me...I feel pretty good about my score. I missed a few big ones, though. A lot of it is your spelling and typing speed. It bugged me how I tried several versions of the 'Republic of Congo' and couldn't get the exact wording. I'm sure I could improve next time...thanks for the link!!! I may have my 7th and 8th graders try this, but I guarantee you it would be SAD.

I should note that I have a 10 foot by 6 foot map of the world on the wall of my office (right over my right shoulder) .... and I resisted the temptation to look EVEN ONCE !

I recognized a couple of the people they interviewed in that piece My office is 2 blocks from the whitehouse, and the guy they interview at right around the 3:40 minute (the guy bobbing around while they are asking him questions) jogs around here all work day long, yelling at traffic (I can always hear him in my office, on the 11th floor, with all the windows sealed) he also spins around while he is jogging, and then stops in the middle of intersections spinning yelling hooah hooah hoooah for a while.

I am surprised that he didn't have some important and insightful info to impart to the interviewer...

I also regognized another homeless guy that hangs out on a vent mumbling to himself (the guy that said we should invade canada)

As a statistician I have to question the randomness of the sample selection criteria

Same here with Congo. There's even two different possible versions!

83 by the way (I think). It only tells you how many you missed, right. I think I missed 109.

Got it down to 109 right and 83 missed. The song by the animaniacs helps.


Edit: Woot! 192 out of 192. Only took 2.5 months.
