No, it's name of Hezekiah(was a king of judah-of the Jewish bible)
here in israel we have some people who calld hezi a short name of Ezequiel or Ezekiel or Yechezkel (was a prophet in the Hebrew Bible), or same people like me who calld hezi a short name to Hezekiah, but in my id card my name is hezi
