Here's a thought

I'd like to know what you all think. Everyone is wrapped aroung the axle about trading this player for that player in hopes of making a better team. What if they just got rid of Adleman? I do belive that the players are tired of his coaching techniques, which were good in the early 2000's, but no longer. It appears to me that they are just standing around waiting for the game to end and go home. Even Adleman doesn't do a whole lot on the sidelines but get up once in a while and looked concerned. I just can't believe that the caliber of players the Kings have are this lousy. It has to be something else.

OR

Are they playing this bad that the Maloofs think it will hurt alot less if they move the team elsewhere.

Semper Fi.

There's no one clearcut answer for the team's woes. Brad Miller has dissapeared the last 3 games, Bibby couldn't guard rival PGs if they were hopping on one foot, and Peja looks lost on the court.

A lot of what's going on doesn't have much to do with the coaching but more to do with physical attributes each of our players have. Individually, they could all stand out with other teams with their various skillsets, but together they just don't mesh without a Christie and a Vlade Divac.

Sure, Adleman's rotations have been questionable. Skinner's lack of time is unexcused and it'd be nice to have a point guard who can hit the midrange jumper with consistency. That kind of thing could come from a trade.

Firing Adelman is not the the answer here. Maybe in a few seasons with a different line-up, we could entertain the idea.

If Rick leaves, so do his staff and likely, Pete Carrill. Are you ready to say goodbye to that beautiful Princeton offense? I'm not.

Yep, obviously the problem. Can all be solved with one magical fix it all move. Fire Rick and replace him with whoever and its all butterflies and dandelions from here on out.

Actually there are three precise things IMO that led to this unbelievable demise of what was once a very cool basketball team.

1) Playing C-webb too many minutes when he came back halfway thru the season when the Kings had best record in the league. It killed the momentum and led to the fateful Minny series in which he played well but lowered the boom on team chemistry during his game 7 press conference.

2) Vlade tipping the ball to Horry. Anywhere but there.

3) Philly 3

All the other stuff is just plain bad luck.
