What a fun game

Talent, future, youth, potential (moreso to the Hawks), athleticism all over the place.

Much impressive stuff from the Magic, especially Howard/Darko/Stevenson (I still like the guy, and think he's underrated)/Nelson. Hedo also had a sweet game, and in part leading to the win over Hawks. Who were just outmatched in size and depth for most the night, especially in the 2nd half.

Stevenson continues to prove and impress with his improved defense, doing a nice job on Joe Johnson, who scored 40 a meeting or two ago vs. the Magic in Atlanta. Had a solid offensive game also. Dwight just had an excellent game; 20 pts, 16 boards, 6 ast. No blocks!

Couple cool notes; Darko leads the league in blocks off the bench since 2/21 with 49, and Magic won their 10th straight at home.

Nelson had a couple of moves that got me off the sofa. That dribble through three pairs of hands closing in on him and alley-hoop to Howard was sensational.

You're right about Stevenson though. He might be just the perfect SG for magic - low maintenance guy to compliment Nelson and the bigs in the future.

Atlanta? The question is how will they screw-up that much young talent?

i know williams could be an all-star in the future... but they already had josh smith (whos a big time stud) and josh childress for that matter...

but common... Chris Paul.. how could the hawks GM be so blind...

I'd love to see the Hawks do well, they've been bad for so long. They need a couple more pieces before it's going to happen though. I wonder about their draft choices, like Ray said I know they're kicking themselves for not getting Paul.
