The trick is power tools! Dremels work good for detail work and make a pretty clean edge.

I also had a cool one for Darth Maul (a closeup of his face), however I don't know if I took a photo or not and can't find it if I did.

Biohazard symbol. Just thought it looked cool and wanted to try it. We had a dog at the time that needed insulin shots, and it was on the side of the sharps containers we used. An example:
