JT continues to show that his offensive game is TERRIBLE. someone needs to tell him to stop trying to create his own shot. he should only be taking wide open mid range jumpers and put backs.

never thought id say this but im a big fan of the Tyreke/Jimmer backcourt as long as Jimmer is playing off the ball. and idk how it would work on the defensive end

One of the reporters actually asked a question about that in the post-game with Smart last night and he kind of dodged the question. Seemed like a tacit admission that there was a tweak there which kept him out of the second.

I've discovered that you can listen to Grant's show streaming online. The callers on the show are SO BAD that I feel like I'm watching a train wreck or something. It's actually kind of entertaining! I'm seriously starting to question just how stupid people who live in Sacramento are. What's the deal with that? I can understand a few callers here and there being idiots, but when 95% of the callers are idiots it makes you start to wonder!

Grant's callers are screened and his devotees aren't all that smart to begin with. He appeals to old men who are scared of the future and people who would be satisfied by saying the word "sports" every 3 minutes. You aren't going to get any good calls from that group.

If I was Grant, I would set up some rules for the callers:

1. Do not ask me "How are you doing?"

2. Do not tell me how great of a job you think I do on TV or how much you love my show.

3. Make an intelligent point, back it up with facts, and do not ramble on and on or you will be hung up on

4. Do not say "I'll take the answer off the air."

5. Do not have the radio on in the background or you will be immediately hung up on


Seriously....if he just had these 5 rules, the show would be so much more tolerable. The reason the callers are so bad is because he allows them to be.

Well a couple weeks ago he was making all those little drives and flip shots.

If Cuz is out of the game I don't mind JT taking a little initiative to keep the D honest, otherwise he usually does a good job of staying within himself.

I've been advocating this backcourt duo for a long time now. Hopefully Jimmer will start soon next to Tyreke, as I think their games compliment each other, and of course Jimmer will provide more spacing for both Reke and Cousins.
