Ben, Rudy, DMC have all individually regressed since the Malone firing
His improvement from early in the year to now has been vast. Would be nice if we could draft a guy like that...you know size and skill.Nurkic is going to be a very good player.

You better think twice my friend.Vivek and PDA are basketball idiots. We have the absolute dumbest FO in the entire league and everyone knows it. Vivek will most likely run this franchise into the ground for the duration of his tenure as majority owner.
You better think twice my friend.
Vivek and PDA might not be the idiots that you were thinking about.
Michael Malone opposed extensions for DeMarcus Cousins, Rudy Gay

Sam Amick is delivering the other side of the story, emphasis mine.
From Malone's reluctance to endorse the offering of contract extensions for DeMarcus Cousins and Rudy Gay to his preference that departed point guard Isaiah Thomas was re-signed in free agency to the pursuit of a new lead assistant coach during the summer, there were disagreements about personnel and style of play at every turn that brought them all to this tipping point.

Now, correlate the above with Vivek's statements below, then I would say the article above might be true.
Vivek Ranadivé speaks out on Malone firing

"I've been beaten before," he said. "They said that Seattle had won, and we would never be able to keep this team. People said that Cousins was toxic, and he was a cancer and we should get rid of him. They said that Rudy [Gay] was terrible, and even if he came, he would never stay. They said if Isaiah [Thomas] left, the team would fall apart. So look, I'm surrounded by really smart people, and they give me great advice. They call the shots, and I support them."
Not sure how you give Cousins a B+... I read your analysis, but I totally disagree. It's just something me and you won't agree on.
Nonetheless, that doesn't mean I'm going to drop a silly grade on the one guy who was competing, and who led us in points, rebounds, steals, blocks and was second in assists. Cuz was often great. But you play no defense, this is what you get. Learning yet Vivek? --Brick

I thought he deserved a C-, a huge chuck of his points (salvaged his FG%) came when the game was completely over in the 4th where he did what he should have been doing and that's destroying Denver inside. When the game was there to be won other than the the start of the game he was pretty much a non-factor at both ends.No offense, but if you're going to give Cousins a lower grade I'd certainly like to read your rationale. And, if it's not too much trouble, please make it as in-depth as Brick and the other consortium members make theirs. Thanks.

I probably will in due time.Give it up bro.
I actually wrote my reason why I would've given Cousins a c- earlier, I can't copy and paste because I'm on an iPad, but I appreciate Brick's work into his grades, but I respectfully disagree. What one said about Collison can be applied to Cousins. Great 1st half and a sucky 2nd half. His defense on Nurkic and JJ were beyond terrible. Chucking jump shots SHOULD matter. His effort was inconsistent tonight. He filled up his stat sheet in the 4th. Defense is just as important as defense. 4blks 3 stls probably all came in the 1st half. Don't forget he led the team in turnovers too, 7.You can't have read his analysis completely. If you had, you would have seen this part:
He makes it clear why he gave him the grade he did.
