Every ranking I read has them #1 in nba
I'll tell you what - my son and I went to see the Kings at Warriors in the PO a year ago and I didn't care for their new arena that much. I like ours a LOT more.

The color choice for the scoreboard, etc., is fake gold and ugly bling (not so much in the attached photo, but otherwise they had a lot more of it everywhere). Looks like an attempt to make a casino catering to the over-70 crowd or something.

I mean - it's new, it's shiny, and the outdoor screen was OK. The big glass wall looking over the bay is cool. But ugh, the aesthetics were not all that. Plus, it was very confusing as first time attendees to a game there to figure out where our seats were. The signage and organization is pretty bad. Their secondary / supplemental screens above the main video board were a nice feature, though (see photo).

I think our barn doors are a cooler feature, and the neon signs harken back to downtown Sacramento. I also like the basketball-related stuff we have inside (the jersey wall, logo made from recycled shoes, etc.). That's unique and pretty cool.

Considering these rankings are coming from reviews most likely posted by fans about their own teams' local venues, it just seems that us Californians are particularly cranky and/or hard to please. Every venue in Nor Cal ranked in the bottom 10 with the notable exception of Oracle ( Pac Bell / SBC / AT&T ) Park and LA didn't fare that much better. It pains me to say it (vis a vis that organization's huge role in killing the Oakland A's) but aside from the stupid names I can't hate on San Fran's ballpark. It's a fantastic place to watch baseball.

I love the A's but i can't say one bad thing about Pac Bell, or whatever its called now. Levi's is easily the worst stadium I've been to. Candlestick had personality and opposing teams hated playing there and that should mean something. US Bank stadium is my favorite. Man, the vikings hit a homer with that place. Just spectacular. I can't wait till this football season cause I'm finally gonna be able to watch the niners down at SOFI. Can't wait to see that place in person.
