ok so i have a few question to ask.

1. are you guys worried at all about Hansen knowing something we dont? because billionaires just dont go throwing away 30 million for nothing..yes he is microsoft but 30 mill is 30 mill

2. is it true that the seattle group is going to try to connect stockton and sacramento together? lol

$30 million is nothing and Hansen isn't Microsoft. Ballmer is Microsoft. Hansen is an investor who has been tied to things like Facebook and Pinterest.

To be fair, VF21, it was a fair question from him. Seattle IS trying to make a connection between Sacramento and Stockton. They are trying to argue that Stockton is bankrupt and that the "Sacramento region can't afford to do the arena deal".

It is an extremely stupid point from Seattle, but it is something they are discussing. If that is something they are trying to use against Sacramento, it just shows how desperate they are.

Very huge.. I heard part of the battle was which city was more "arena ready". Personally I thought we were anyway because we have the infrastructure all ready there but any negative pub on Seattles' part is good for Sac.
 
Watch the 7% we just got will be "worthless" again. I love the Seattle fans flip flop. We first brought up the 7%, they laughed, then they bid on it, it became a huge deal and now the spin will be....
 
It would have been awesome for guys like Mitch, Webb, Shaq, Barkley and all the others that have been public about supporting the team to show up in NY for support. They don;t have to speak, but them just showing up could show that basketball personalities (ex players) want the Kings in Sac.

Also, it would be nice to see Aaron Rodgers there.

I'm confident that the NBA knows that there is support for the Sacramento Kings from those people you've mentioned. Furthermore, I wouldn't be surprised if they have contacted the NBA either by telephone or e-mail expressing their support for the Kings to remain in Sacramento.
 
Let me tell you, as quality of a fanbase as we are, we have not deserved any of this. Aside from retaining the Kings we better get an nhl/mls team as compensation from karma from going through this
 
I'd rather see the NBA All-Star weekend in Sacramento the year after the arena is opened, to be honest.
