Was there ever any word on why Casspi was out? Was it really an injury?

I suspect this will open a lot of Kings fans eyes as to just how bad our team was being managed.

Cousins was the culture problem. Yeah right. We'll see about that.

Attitude of the announcers toward Boogie.

It's not the subtle "I hate you" that comes out of Napear's mouth.

When AD was off the floor they didn't do any "fancy Dave Joerger signature offense" ... it was the malone or "what you should do with Cousins offense"

the formula is easy its .....

Cousins+post up in the paint= unstoppable buckets or wide open 3's .... then repeat !!!! and repeat

I'm telling you, the worst influence on this team is not Vivek Ranadive. It's Grant Napear and has been for a while.

I am continually shocked that not every single fan can see this, especially after what he did during the relocation saga.

im not against cousins being on the 3pt line every once in awhile OR say with a guy like AD on the same team.... but man Joerger really f"d up this year.... winning would have curbed the trade... but Dave refused to adjust ...

he refused to pull Affalo in the beginning when it was clear he was no longer a SG but more a backup SF.... he ruined Casspi for no reason (sickness aside), he started ben for WAAAAY to long when he was ice cold.. KK and Cousins was always terrible... He refused to start temple when it was obvious he was the best option at that time. He ruined WCS most of the season. He played matt Barnes all those mins for what? silly game costing TO's and game losing tech fouls ? that worked out well.... good bye barnes thanks for the bar fight... i won't miss your being joerger bromance.

Jrue struggling the most to adjust. Boogie and AD just fine. Sadly, Cousins their least turnover prone guy right now. All these post-ups are leading to baskets and pose a serious question mark towards the Kings.

Outside of the big 2 the Pels have probably the worst supporting cast in the NBA by far.

Pels don't have much firepower outside of ad, boogie and jrue.

Their roster is garbage aside from those three, for what its worth they traded us three of what was their top 8 guys. Game looking much like a Kings vs Rocket game of recent memory tbh. A bunch of open threes for the Rockets.

They have ok spot up guys and Dmo can get you buckets in the post if need be. Sure the supporting cast is not super great, but it certainly is slightly better than the Kings supporting cast.
Problem is - they are rushing things and try to make too many fancy passes.
Boogie with a couple of letdowns on D, where he simply was confused, but also came up with a lot of steals, on which the ref's let him reach in without calls and protected the rim quite nicely.

I disagree. Collison, Koufos, WCS,Temple, Lawson, Barnes and probably Tolliver and Mclemore(the way he has been playing) would all crack the Pelican rotation. For instance WCS is better than Motiejunas.

I'm not; a lot of Kings Fans are so far in the tank on that "name on the front" tip, that they won't even entertain the possibility that the play-by-play voice of the Kings is not what he purports himself to be.

This is true, of course, but I feel like you won't get a real sense of whether/how this is going to work in New Orleans until their next game. You can't accurately gauge anything based on this game, because the Rockets don't play real basketball.
