I think they have you bugged. Since you asked that question, I haven't seen the backs of any of their jerseys closely enough to see what you're talking about.
It appears to be related to the "El Heat" thing. I can't get a clear look at it, but I think it may say "Noches En NBA"
Edit: It says "Noches Enebea" - "Ene-Be-A" being "NBA", of course.

Just have one wish. Cousins learns to stay out of foul trouble. It's thoroughly broken record, I know. But he has to overcome the problem, some how, some way. Last night no Vuc, tonight no Whiteside - yet he let's all these scrubs take advantage of him. Can't blame it on the officials either, as that excuse will longer will cut it at all.
There was one totally good call, one call that could have gone either way because of the wrestling with Beasley and one that I didn't even see. I don't think he's letting "all these scrubs take advantage of him."

Depends on if you're talking about tonight's game or in general. Right now, he's not doing anything to merit your comment. He's working hard and outplaying his opposition.
Didn't say it wasn't a problem. But you said that Miami's "scrubs" were taking advantage, which is not actually true.
