A contrived photo-op with a few hand-picked FOV's I think. But yeah it is a big league publicity try - better than, say, appearing on Carmichael Dave's show for an hour to reiterate your plan to have Ty Corbin coach the rest of the year and laugh nervously. Maybe they are on the right track with this, but one person on twitter (a big hitter deep pockets one-percenter) said "when you're asked to show up by Vivek you don't ask questions". So suddenly I'm not so warm and fuzzy about this 'spontaneous' mingling with the fans. But it is a start. The whole thing makes me lean more "out" than "in" on my tickets tho. I'm starting to realize whats going on here... I am certainly going to be priced out of the lower bowl in the new arena. It's for one percenter FOVs. So my 'priority' will be moot - I won't be able to afford my default seats, and will be trying to either re-locate to upper level or forget the whole thing. Well, I'll watch the talking points for a few weeks before I decide, but... this doesn't help. btw where is #chillmuch Leslie - maybe she's standing back a little now along with Pete?

i'll wait for the suckers who buy season tickets to sell at a discount cuz the team sucks.

Actually it wasn't just FOV.

The front office isn't evil incarnate. They are doing community outreach and a lot of fan interplay. As far as Leslie Moore goes, there's a picture of her on Twitter with Dave Lack's little girl at the shindig today.

I'll be honest. I'm getting depressed about the amount of vitriol being expressed about all things Kings. In my most honest and humble opinion, Kings fans are better than that.

Here's a frightening bit of trivia: Kings have lost their last six games, and twelve of the last thirteen, when Thompson scored 15+ points.

Sad to say this, but this team probably would've been better without Rudy Gay tonight. Maybe collision too. The day where everyone steps up is the day where both of our stars play like crap.

JT is my guy, but when the dude is one of your teams top scorers, you probably aren't going to win the game.

Awesome game from him tonight though, too bad it came in a loss to the F'n Clippers.

Collison had a few too many to's but I thought he played a good game, especially on d

I wasn't expecting much of anything good tonight. Without Demarcus I figured it would be a total blowout, especially after the Clipper loss last night. I was pleasantly surprised. This was a game worth watching. Good job by JT and respect to Rudy. Nice to see Q3 make his debut. Not much to complain about other than Corbin's failure to use timeouts in the 3rd quarter.

Good effort and we were in this all night. Turnovers at the worst possible time were probably the main reason we didn't get the win - that and the fact the Clippers successfully whined to the officials more times than I could count.

I don't care how much some of you hate Nik or how he is struggling I hate playing miller over him. Nik is part of the future let him develop miller can take DWill minuets.

Seriously? I don't hate Nik but I have NO PROBLEM at all in seeing Q3 get a couple of minutes. We're not talking starters here. We're talking end of the bench. Nik hasn't been able to hit water from a boat so why not see what the hot hand from the D-League can do...maybe remind Nik there's always competition and someone waiting to take his spot if he doesn't do his job?

Why be sad, just apologize for being wrong.
Nope. Once you look at how inefficient they shot, along with Rudy's defense and their total TO's... it sucks. I think they played poorly tonight. Effort was there from everyone, but it was just a poor game by our 2 guys.
