I don't know how detailed Patricia Bender's site or others are, but apparently SI.com has the actual report the NBA creates for salaries from now until 2011-12.

No. Kevin is on a rookie contract. That means he has a three year contract with a fourth year at the option of the team. He will be a free agent in 2008.

It one doesn't have some early termination options listed though like the SI one does (I didn't know Bibby had one, for example, until recently when everyone started talking about it) but it shows you the qualifying offers.
