Man, that contract is going to look a lot better when they only have to pay $107M of the $110M they currently owe him.
I appreciate Scott taking a swing but I’ve lost confidence JK lands in Sac. Is Bub Carrington and a couple crappy firsts more appealing to Golden State? He could be the number one option next year for the Wiz too. Don’t really like his fit in Chicago. Nets I guess but they are such a mess right now. Don’t think the Bucks can swing it. Heat don’t have a young player they are willing to trade. In my opinion, Devin is the best player available and could replace Payton JR in his role. Then again I’m a Carter homer who doesn’t want him traded. Still don’t get why he isn’t one of Perry’s guys. Could be kinda awkward in Vegas this year
Keon and a 1st is bad business for us. Go ahead, keep him at that point.
How about Chris Boucher instead?

So here’s a question. Why not look at Cam Whitmore? A bit smaller but better shooter. Similar situation to Jk, he wants to be one of the top options not a role player.

I think the longer this drags, closer to that July 6, the better for us.
This is a great point here by KC. If a better deal/offer was on the table, why is it not sent in yet? Why are we not hearing anything about it? Why are they just not resigning him if nothing out there in the trade market is appealing?
They apparently "balked" at our offer, but if there's anything better out there, where is it? Where's the offer?
