I was not that impressed with Mobley.

Mobley has none of the intangible that Christie has...like high IQ, mental toughness, tough defense, smart passing, knowing when to shoot the ball and when not...these are the things that win you ball games.
I'm a bit bent out of shape about the trade. But you can't possibly be saying Doug's shot selection was all that great.

Sorry, ROMANIANUSA, but I have to disagree with you. I must say you might be too harsh on Cat, especially considering he really DIDN'T disapoint in the first game. We all know that Doug is a GREAT guy, GREAT defender, but I am not too sure that he would have as much offensive impact this year. Also, as good of a defender he is, Doug is affected by his injury and I am afradf the more time goes by this season, the more he might slow down...... So I reaslly don't see this as a bad deal at all.
And BTW - give the new guy a chance, would ya!!

I was not that impressed with Mobley. I judge him based on Christie and Christie is wayyyy better. Christie would have destroyed the Clippers with his crisp pass, tough defense, getting hands on ball and high IQ awareness.

Does he make the Kings better in the long run??? I don't know...i don't see it, but i hope so. Tonight, he's just another player out there, nothing special. Christie would not be just another player out there in my opinion. He always change the momemtum of the game and i am getting liitle cue that Petrie is making a huge mistake....but we'll see.
Are you sure that watched the right game ?

I thought Cat had a great first game! That steal he got from Kerry Kettles reminded me of Doug. It was a big play too!! He looked excited to be on court...just like us fans were excited to see him on court!! :)
