Actually, I didn't notice. I did notice that on an outside jumper (could have been a 3 pointer), he nearly fell on his can because his leg flew up so high. Maybe that's the key. If he has a few can buster shooting attempts he might remember not to kick that leg out.
That's the thing with his jumper - it seems so easy to correct, because form wise the rest seems ok. It's partially why he's so accurate at those end of quarter heaves - he's always up and towards the basket, instead of fading away.

I forget where Smart said it, and too lazy to google, but Smart said that Tyreke's jumper off the dribble tends to fade away because he has his right leg in front of his left and his right leg is stronger. This is a big part of the reason why his catch and shoot jumpers tend to look better, his stance is balanced and he jumps straight up. Unsurprisingly, he shoots better in catch and shoot situations than off a dribble or triple-threat.
And consistent form is directly correlative to consistent results. If he's going to fade away off the dribble, he needs to fade away when set as well. Based on his success rate at catch and shoot vs. off the dribble, though, I'd prefer if he would learn to set his feet before shooting off the dribble too. Maybe he and Jimmer can hang out this Summer. Jimmer can teach Tyreke to BEEF and Tyreke can teach Jimmer to handle.
The leap forward for Tyreke will be learning to set his feet for a shot off a jab-step. That, alone, will be a 6 point per game move for him.
Of course, that means fewer offensive rebounds for Cousins, but I think I can live with that.
He needs to aim for the BACK of the rim. People who like to fade or shoot off the dribble tend to be short on their shots. I read that guys like Sam Perkins, Michael Jordan aim for the back of the rim on their jumpshots.
