House is the hired gun who comes in for short periods to shoot lights out. Hart is ... ... ...

Let me try that again...

Hart is someone who will come in and try to fill in at the point and is able to play a bit of defense. His "strengths," however, are off-set by his proclivity for dumb turnovers and errant shooting.

Maybe that assessment is based on their ability to hold a bench down. In that case, I concur; otherwise, I don't know what criteria that statement could be based on since, while House is a scrub, he's still a relevant scrub, whereas Hart is approaching Cleaves-esque status.

Eddie isn't what you'd call an assist machine, but you're going to have a REAL hard time convincing me that John Salmons is worth $24 million more than House.

Salmons is indeed overpaid, but Salmons isn't a one-dimensonal player. House is - a good spot-up/off-screen shooter.

You know, believe it or not, sometimes it actually is better to have a guy who's among the best there is at the one or two things he does than a guy who can do a bunch of things, but is mediocre at all of them.

That's perhaps my biggest problem with Fish: he's mediocre at a whole bunch of stuff, but I don't think he's actually good at any one thing in particular.

He did want to stay, but Jason Hart turned out different than what we thought he'd be.

I'd rather have Price and/or Douby over House anyways.
