it would surprise me if the Magic win more than one game. they don't have a single real advantage and get crushed at SF, PF, C and bench depth. if they get hot from the three, they might take that game, but otherwise this is a sweep.

And that's exactly what's happening so far in Game 1. Once they cool down, IND is going to start running away with it.

Great game. Orlando is playing pretty well even without Howard. They can get this one.

Watching the game, I keep thinking that Jimmer should watch Redick and study his game. I don't see any reason why Jimmer couldn't be at least as good as Redick is. They are very similar, with the difference that Jimmer is a much better shooter. Learning from him would be an important first step in Fredette's development.

Magic did look good. But they're going to have to rely on their 3 point shooting very heavily throughout the series to win again. Hibbert, BTW was dominant defensively without Howard in there.

it's a bit disconcerting that Hibbert doesn't seem able to finish over Glenn Davis with what feels like a foot of size difference. I hope Indiana gets on track again, I really don't want to be that wrong on my prediction.

So it's official: Pacers moving on to the 2nd round for the first time since 2005. Good for them. I like this team.

Congrats to the Pacers and to kingsnation and mouse for predicting their win in 5.
