EC Playoffs Round 2: (2) Magic vs. (3) Hawks

Man the Hawks got seriously owned by Dwight and crew. Is it just me or has Joe Johnson become rather useless in the playoffs so far?

IMO Atlanta only made it to the second round due to the play of Horford and Crawford to a lesser extent. Bibby hasn't done nuts and Joe Johnson isn't being big enough for them to seriously challenge the Magic.

Atlanta has no big bodies to put on Dwight and their play on offense has basically been terrible the entire playoffs. The Hawks are screwed.

Atlanta has no fight. Very weak mentally.

Atlanta treated Game 3 as if they were playing at the tail-end of a 5 game road trip in the middle of January.

No urgency at all, and I don't see how they have any hope of not getting swept.

Very disappointing.

I always enjoy watching the Hawks play, but the series against the Bucks and the Magic have been incredibly disappointing.

If I were a full-time Hawks fan I'm not sure what I'd be thinking. The talent is clearly there, so is it the coach's fault for not being able to maximize the talent and put together a competitive team during the playoffs?

It will really be interesting seeing what becomes of Joe Johnson. Do the Hawks want to pay him what he'll be asking? Does he want to stay, given that they are clearly a level or two behind the Cavs & Magic? He's had a disappointing play-off performance, and I believe it's hurt his trade value, so things will be interesting.
