Bottom line, though, is that your post probably did enlighten a few who didn't know about Keon Clark's problems so it ended up being a good thing.

Most definitely. Many of the new posters here were most likely not following the team (or the NBA during that time)

I've got a new nickname for Spence (don't know if anyone's thought of it before) - Miller Lite.

If that doesn't light a fire under him, nothing will.

For everybody dumping on Spencer and wanting him gone or traded, I have 2 words for you: Chris Kaman. Spencer is a better passing version of Kaman. Lets take a look at how Kaman's career has progressed:

Kaman is now in his 7th year, and if the Clipps had given up on him they would have given up on a 20 pt 10 reb 1.5 blk paint monster. Kaman is going to be a beast (as long as he can remain healthy) for the next 5-6 years.

Bigs take a minute to develop. Why is everyone so mad that we are losing games? GROWING PAINS!!! I'm sorry, were we going to compete for a championship this year? Making the playoffs would be a very bad thing. We need one more top 10 draft pick and then this team is going to be knocking heads for the next 10 years.

A lot of you peeps need to learn some patience.

I'm sorry but his nickname's already Soggy Waffles. Still hasn't lit that fire though.

Clark
Pollard
Hedo
Gerald Wallace
Bobby Jackson

Not great but pretty darn good as a starting line-up talent wise. Most likely wouldn't work though.

It was actually Jimmy Jackson instead of Wallace. Not bad having him as your 12th man though.

I started Wallace in the line-up based off of how he's playing now, but you're right Jim Jackson was ahead of Wallace in the rotation (and playing freaking awesome).

Yeah, JJ was one of our best player down the stretch that year and maybe the best in that 2nd round series with Mavs. At that point in time the East was so weak, and to this day I firmly believe that Kings second unit could have competed for a top spot in that conference.
