Just thought this up...Probably to be put on the shelf till next TDOS as with all our drafts we're gonna run right to the season.
But who would be interested?
Pick your all-time basketball team.
12 players.
1 Coach
1 Asst. Coach?
Playoffs decide who made the best team.
* Players/coaches are chosen In Their Prime
* Intangibles should be taken into effect by the voter.
---A players leadership, clutchness or lack thereof, volatility, etc. etc. should be considered along with ability.
* Although it is impossible to measure 'chemistry', a team should be able to function as a team.
---Having players at every position that needs the ball to be effective should be frowned upon by voters, and penalized as voter sees fit...The goal is to make the best *team* not just the highest scoring powerhouse of mismatched pieces.
What do you all think should be added to make this a better experience? Im not to sure of all the rules and regulations that make these draft threads successful.
I just like the idea of getting a basketball one either heading into the season or rounding one out.
