[Rumor] Domas trade watch 2026

Since all these teams are pulling the plug on this season, the Kings are going to have to play dirty too. Let Toronto solve their own salary problems and just shelve Domas and Keegan for the rest of the year or most of it. Play Nique, Devin, Hunter , Max and Cardwell a bunch. Nail the draft pick. I’ve been out on Ja but if it’s for free I probably say yes and hope his first 4 years were a better representation of his personality than the last few

I think there were signs pointing Domas really wants out so this will push teams to make a serious offer or we keep him, which is fine. With the right top 5 pick, we could have something to properly build with. Or we just move him in the offseason or early next year if he wants out.
The possibility is also there that we draft a big man with great upside, and then we move Domas later in order to make space for Maxime, Cardwell, and the draft pick.

Are there signs Domas wants out?

Regardless, good on Scott. The Sacramento media contingent is gonna complain, but you just dont deal all nba talent for nothing.

Sabonis and Keegan have not been healthy all year. Legitimate injuries by the way. Season is over. Both should sit out and get fully healthy. Sabonis/Keegan/top 7 pick/ and then figure out who if any can join that core.
Sit Hunter too. Let Zach shoot us out of games and destroy any future career earnings beyond next season since he is so intent on picking up his option. Fans should boo him every time he touches the ball. He sucks.

I saw some tweets last night that his representation was eager to get him out and they are the ones largely driving our decision to move on. I get it because he's been hurt, the season has been difficult, and Fox's people managed to turn a good chunk of our fans against him by saying it was Domas that got Brown fired (which indirectly also translates to Domas is the reason Fox had to leave and not something his people have been quietly orchestrating since the Warriors series).

ps. I'm looking for them, I think it was from the Haynes reporting.
