I won't talk much about his skills as we all know hes one of the best defensive PG's in the league and has greatly improved his court vision and passing skills since he was moved to New Jersey and guess what? Hes an upcoming free agent this summer and if we end up trading B-52, Thomas and Salmons for expirings like Marion and LaFrentz respectively and Bjax, Williams and Douby contracts also expiring could Harris be the solution of our Point Guard position? Should we sign him to something close to $10M / year.. hes still young (will turn 26 in February) and just got selected to All-Star game....

IMHO I say hes worth a $10M+ contract this summer and we SHOULD offer him that.

That would be the outlook of our team in 09/10 and I'm not doing any calculations but we would still have some cap space for another good 2010 Free Agent.. what do you guys think?

I think you missed the fact that he signed a 4 year contract extension and is a BYC player this year. We won't be able to touch Devin Harris, even through trade, unless we draft a serious star player...

If we do end up with the #1 pick I wonder if NJ would be willing to deal Harris for Griffin...Harris would make us so much better overnight.
