DET v INDY delayed

The Pacers were on their team bus for a while and left but have come back. The tv announcers said that half of the pacers don't want to play the game now.

Can't say that I blame them.

I live in Michigan so I'm listen to it on the radio and on the tv.
Thanks for the updates. My LeaguePass has the Indy announcers (I think) and they are doing a lot of surmising without being told anything official.

Noboby will want Ron Artest on their team. Imagine what the fans are gonna do when he comes back. Ron may not even be worth picks anymore. Sad really.

Oh, I rather doubt that. Artest is going to be right at the heart of half the trade rumors this summer as every fanbase is going to debate whether they can get him as an instant fix for their defense.

Fanbase discussion yes, GM discussion I ain't too confident. You always hear that this game is a business and if I were a business man I wouldn't touch Ron Artest with a ten foot pole. Every fan will want him and every other fan will hate him.

Umm he may be the best defender in the league... Believe me... ANY GM would take him... its a buisness... and his personal problems are not buisness... his defense that could help you win a championship is...

I seriously doubt that.

How do you know? Are you God knowing every human being's mind?

This is the silliest comment I have ever read.

Scary...hope it's false alarm and everyone's OK. I can see why the Pacers didn't want to come out of their bus.

If it was Pistons fans doing this...that's just stupid.

Look at Artest's number until the incident:

FG 49.6% / 3pt FG 41.2% / FT 92.2% / RPG 6.4 / APG 3.1 / SPG 1.7 / PPG 24.6

How can you hate a player with that kind of production? Jezz.

If any GM would take him they would have before the "incident". I'ts not exactly a secret that Indy was shopping Artest even before the brawl. There weren't that many takers after last years playoff performance along with all his baggage, and now he has even more baggage as if that was possible. Don't get me wrong Indy will drop their asking price but it'll be hard for them to get anything of equal value in return.

really? espnnews said they found a bomb in the pacers' lockerroom, so the pacers were sent to their team bus for a while. maybe i got things wrong. but i'm pretty sure that's what i heard them say.
