Dear Brad Miller

It's already really tough to be a veteran player on a mediocre/losing team with the idea that they're not going to make the playoffs, but what makes it even tougher is if you'd have prior playoff experience with expectations to win, which Brad has already had during our '03'-'04 season. Losing is tough for older players who've been through the wars, fought the battles. I can't blame Brad for letting down his guard, wilting a little during this seemingly irrelevant 20-game stretch. We're lucky we have an investment of two hustling bigs behind him--Shelden Williams and Spencer Hawes--who can carry the load the rest of the way, and even if that means more 2-7, 1-5 shooting respectively, as long as there's effort, and as long as they gain experience, it will be worth it. At this point it's best to think long term, and perhaps even think about shelving Brad or lessening his minutes. The Heat are talking about shutting down Dwyane Wade, and I can't imagine how he's feeling (from NBA championship to worst in the league). It's tough for these sort of players.

Brad can't hold his water and thinks he gets fouled every single time down the floor. He is that guy on the pickup court who calls foul every single time he shots the ball. You know the guy. It is pathetic.

No sympathy. None.

This is also one aspect of the game that Spencer is picking up on quite nicely.

Okay, now you've got me curious. Artest was out, I'm sure that you mean him as one of the two best. Who of KT, SAR and Lorenzen Wright is our other best player?

PAY ATTENTION when did this thread get started and you will find your answer.:D
