I'll stick to my "trade him for a haul but don't trade him to trade him" stance...

BUT

One of my biggest gripes with Fox has been his lack of resiliency over the past few seasons. Things start to get ugly with a losing streak and his play and attitude tanks for a month at a time.

I'm curious to see how his mental holds up now that we have Christie as our HC, because Doug has brought the DAWG up to levels unheard of with this franchise during our 7 game run. So far Fox seems very engaged and bought in. We haven't really seen him do his "float around for a few quarters and then turn it on" thing either.

A focused, motivated Fox (who doesn't go whining to Draymond Green of all people about "Team vision") is no longer a trade piece.

At this point Monte needs to let this season roll on. Which is what a season after a major change oriented offseason should have always been. You have to give it at least a full year then reassess in the summer. Let the games that matter be the guide. Monte pulled the coaching change in case of emergency cord, let it ride.

Our backcourt isn’t packed haha we have monk, Carter, and Ellis that’s a good backcourt not a packed one. You don’t trade your best player cause there’s decent players behind him this is madness. Imagine Orlando trading Paolo for a guard because they have franz and Issac
