[SPOARTS!] Comments that don't warrant their own thread 2017-2025

Biles is of course brilliant, but did anyone else see Suni Lee absolutely kill her Uneven Bar routine tonight?

(which also happens to be the closest Biles has to a kryptonite event).

Allyson Felix finishes fifth in the 200m, in her last-ever Olympic trials. She had previously qualified in the 400m.

Chiles rocks. Officially the beating heart of Team USA.

Also, really thought Skinner was going to get the final team spot.
Not mad it went to McCallum, since Skinner nabbed the last individual spot.

Really feel for McCusker.

Serena forced to retire in the first set, due to injury. With Osaka not participating, this was probably her last good chance at #24. :(

Portland Timbers just shipped off fan favorite Jeremy Ebobisse who was also highly invested in the community to San Jose for cash. Now it all makes sense. We're getting Messi.

BREAKING: Olympic Silver Medalist Dalilah Muhammad wins the women's 400m hurdles, at the Prefontaine Classic. Olympic Gold Medalist Sydney McLaughlin did not compete at the event.

Sanitized version of the question being proposed:

Not because they beat your rivals/team you hate either. That **** don't count lmao

I'd have to go with the Raptors. I have no dislike for the Dubs and it was great seeing them get their first title, even though they aren't a storied franchise that has been around for a long time, they have a loyal fanbase and lots of lunch pail dudes

A scuffle at the end of Michigan and Wisconsin hoops game. Juwan Howard and Wisconsin assistant. Looked like there was some laying of hands onto Howard and after some words and a scrum of players, Howard took a swing/swipe at assistant. Wonder what the fallout will be
