"I've heard it so much over the years," Webber said Tuesday night. "I didn't hear that I was coming to Sacramento. (Now) I don't want to trade this for the world."

It's a little comment like this that I love to hear. We're not so far removed from players absolutely hating to come here and not wanting to be here at all.

Webber is probably the single most important person that turned this franchise around when all is said and done.

His attitude, his talent, his ability. It's not the entire reason we have a great franchise, but in my eyes it's the biggest.

Anyway, kudos to Chris.

i have to say, this trade is very dissapointing. i am deeply saddened, especially after reading this comment over again. he just says this yesterday, further revealing his leadership and loyalty to the TEAM....and we ship him? he's the guy who WANTS to be here, for christ's sake.
