It is kind of interesting how when people come on his show, they tend to have great games in whatever sport they play or coach the next few days or months.
it's coming up next segement. man did i pick a good time to turn the radio on, seriously, i hadn't even come to kingsfans.com, i just turned on the radio after listening to phantom for a while.

Adelman said that it was tough losing a player like Webb. But he believes the core guys: Mike, Pedja, Brad, Bobby, Cuttino and Darius (he even named them) will do well and win lots of games. They all will need to step up and he knows they will. With the 3 new guys included with this core, Adelman believes the Kings is still a good team. He talked about Webb being hurt last season and the core still doing well. Webb having a big contract, not 100% and believing in the core are some of the reasons why they thought of the trade. No one knew Brad was going to get hurt 2 days after the trade happen so losing Brad is making it much diffcult for Adelman and the team.
After the interview, Rome said he was pretty surprised how open Adelman was about the trade.
Thanks for posting his remarks. I couldn't listen. I think Rick is generally pretty open and honest about his team and b'ball. No guile or scheming or mind games. I like that.
