I dunno about Dmartin. Whenever I think of him, I think of the game against the Lakers at Sacramento, and I'm pretty sure it was an NBC game during our rivalry with them.

It was toward the end of the game, and the score was very close, or tied...something like that. Very few seconds left in the game, and Dmart got fouled. He went to the line, and made the first one, but when he was going to shoot the second one, he sneers at Phil Jackson and taunts..."ICE ME!"

Then he missed the freethrow, and LA won the game.

I don't know if it was the same game, but I also remember D-Mart missing key FTs for us and helping us lose a game. That's because during the season, when all he did was towel wave and throw alley oops in garbage time, I kept thinking that everyone gets a chance to help out at some point - unfortunately he failed, just like Nick Anderson missed his chance once upon a time. Anyway, if we need to pick HIM up, it would be a sad state of affairs. I'd rather have just about any other player in the NBA.
