I'm all for hoping the kid is successful, but people are making statements as if they are FACT. What happens if, as Adelman is want to do, he doesn't get a lot of playing time as a rook? Are you going to throw the towel in on him like you are with Kevin?

im basing my opinion on the summer league games i've watched. it doesn't take a scientist to see that garcia got skillzzzzzzzz. his ball handling is much better and he's a better penetrator and passer. his shot ain that bad either. kevin has a nice little mid-range game goin on tho. i'm not gonna hate on martin; anyways, this whole thread is about garcia. i was excited to see him in a kings uni for the 1st time. he looks good.

Summer league is, well, summer league. I'm glad he impressed you though, and hopefully that bodes well for his future. I didn't get to watch summer league, so all I read were the articles that talked about Kevin tearing it up (with the exception of the Clipper game, which the coaching staff told him not to play in because of the elbow injury) Obviously those writers just weren't watching cisco as closely as you were.
I have, however, watched a great deal of Martin in person and feel you continually sell him short.
Maybe cisco will break the pattern and get heavy minutes as a rookie. All I'm saying is don't be totally surprised if he doesn't, despite his skillzzzzzzz, and don't think that means he never will either, as you seem to be doing with Kevin.
