what someone should do is whoever has access to a cheap or free copying method, should make a couple hundred copies of that paper and pass it out in front of the arena.

Black and white, a few thousand shouldn't be a problem at all. 4 to a page. Get 3 of your friends to do it outside the arena before the game, two at each entrance side. Boom. No problem at all.
