I have the blackberry curve and since I have small hands its a little bit bulky for me. Is the HTC phone bulky like the curve? Will you be getting your phone soon? Let me know if you are able to put your phone on the verizon network.

I am glad to hear that you like your storm. They say for the people that are new to the blackberry world, the storm is fantastic. However, I just got back from Verizon and must say the demo on for the Storm was soooo slow. It took 4 seconds for it to catch up whenever I would hit a button. There seems to be a lot of lag issues. I sure hope that whenever they upgrade the software that it will take care of those issues.

I must admit, with my small hands, the storm wasn't that bulky. If it wasn't soooo slow, I might have upgraded to the storm.

getting an iphone for my wife as a present this year; here's to hoping apple does a black friday sale on them. she was debating a long time on whether to get a blackberry or an iphone, and the iphone ultimately won out due to the numerous applications for it.

ryan, have you gotten any cool apps for the storm? i have a work blackberry so can't download anything onto it and don't even know what type of apps (other than games) are available.

Huh, mine is not slow at all. It was for the first few hours but apparently it was just downloading all the updates. It's pretty fast now. No complaints.

No, not yet. I'm excited enough just to get a notification whenever I receive an email! I see lots of apps already on my phone; I get the GPS free for the first month. Are there any you recommend?

Huh, mine is not slow at all. It was for the first few hours but apparently it was just downloading all the updates. It's pretty fast now. No complaints.

The demo was very slow. I played around with it for about 10 minutes hoping that maybe it would warm up. LOL Anyways, I'm glad to hear that the storm is running good for you.

ha, that's what i was asking you! all i can recommend is get another game besides brickbreaker; i got sick of that real fast.

Looks like Verizon has been busy the last 2 weeks. It has already put out the Blackberry Strom and now they just put out the Samsung Omnia, Samsung Saga and HTC Touch Pro.

I have the 3G iPhone. I was never a big fan of phones with windows mobile. Too complicated. The iPhone is super easy to use. I hear the storm for verizon is awesome as is the bold for AT&T. I'm not too crazy about the google phone from t-mobile cause of it's side flip function. And I never understood the difficulty in texting or typing on a touch screen based phone. To me it's just as easy or easier than a phone with a full qwerty board with out the touch such as a curve or what not.

Anyways Ryan, if I were you I'd probably go with the storm. Well actually you already ordered it hehe. But yeah reason is everyones got the iPhone so might as well get the storm .
