Brad Miller Suspended

You aren't told when you fail a test. Well, until you fail it the third time, that is. So he really wasn't warned at all.

Sure he was warned. He was warned by his contract and by the example of other MORONS in the league who get suspensions because of drugs. I wouldn't doubt either that management gives warnings on an annual basis, like dealing with kids in kindergarten. I just hope that his "connection" does not connect in any way with other players on the team.

Bad move, Brad. At least it finally explains last year's cornrows.

This explains Brad's alertness and renowned public speaking skills. Not being a drug expert, would the Kings have been better off with some B52 meth abuse?

Has anyone ever noticed this; When Brad sits in an interview, and he blinks his eyes, have you ever watched? He blinks them so slowly it reminds me of being at Chuck E. Cheese back in the 80's, when they had the big area where everyone ate, and all the characters were up high around the room. When they blinked their eyes it was like a full second, or second and a half before they opened them.

That's how Brad blinks his eyes, it looks very mechanical and slow. Between that, and his slow, low speech, I've always wondered if he smokes out, or if he's just that slow in everything he does.

You know what's REALLY cold?

Drug testing in the offseason!

Stern needs to lighten up/get fired

Jim Crandell went over the the process of failing drug tests, and due to the penalty:

A) You can narrow down his offense to Pot

B) After the first offense you enter an NBA sponsored drug program. The second time you are fined $25,000 and you re-enter the program. The third time you have a five game suspension without pay. This time he is essentially fined almost $700,000.

So, yes, you are notified, and you do know before the third offense. You know after every single offense.

Honestly I dn't really care, except that he has a family now. This habit has cost him over $700,000 in fines.

Yeah, how will his poor family eat on only the $10.1 million left on his contract for the year?

I guess him and Spreewell will be getting their food stamps from the same place.
