Bonzi's in the House!!!

Purple Reign

Starter
He will play tonight. Off the bench. Napier reports that this is a big shock to the team, because Adelman just didn't know. He is about 10 pounds over weight, and not in shape though.

Let's hope this time it sticks. Regardless of the starting issue, we would definitely need him to have any shot in a playoff series against a top team. And another setback could turn into a Bobby thing and linger right up until the postseason. So please just be healthy Bonzi.

I was wondering about that. They said Wednesday that he wasn't with the team in Clevland but was going to meet the team in Atlanta. How did KHTK know it and not Coach? Odd

Anyway, I hope he does well. He will need some games to get back into good bball shape. I hope he does not reinjure himself. He needs to be 100% ready. Hopefully, he is not coming back because he is worried baout losing his starting job. Either way, we will see how he reacts to coming off the bench. I believe that he will be great about it!!! (fingers crossed)

KHTK may have known because he was still here in Sacramento. While coach was on the road and tending to business.

Anyway, good to hear. I hope he doesn't get hurt again and can get going soon. Remember in Utah when he came back he was pretty rusty but solid on the boards.

Great....at the most critical time of the season, with our playoff hopes on the line, we have overweight out-of-shape fat player returning to our line-up.

Last time he tried to come back, turnovers were a major issue for Bonzi.

Maybe this time with the extra rolls around his mid-section, he can hide the ball in his bulging gut, and keep from losing it this time around. :D

Well, I hope he does well. He is going to need to play to get back into the best shape. EVERY game for the rest of the season is important for us, so better now than later. Hopefully Coach will monitor his minutes wisely and get him enough, but not too much until he is in better shape. GOOD LUCK BONZI!!!

Yeah, its terrible at a critical moment of the season to have the bleeping best player on the team for the first two months reappear on the roster just in time to replace an injured guy in the rotation. Woe is us!

HELL YEAH!

I have been waiting to read those words on here for a loooong time... Bonzi and Artest baby. Sacto Bash Bros.

Lets go Kings get this win.

Exactly, I'd take Bonzi a little heavier if that's how he is. You cannot do much of anything with the groin injury. Let's just get him some minutes off the bench and take it easy and hopefully he will not reinjure his groin again. Artest and Bonzi hopefully will bond and hit the gym and both get in top shape just in time for the playoffs where we will raise some hell. :D

Is SAR starting?
playmaker0017 claimed that, if Adelman starts Wells after bringing Abdur-Rahim back as a reserve, then he's a hypocrite... Wells is not starting... so he can shut up about that particular issue.

Ahh....yes. I had forgotten about that. Guess this means Adelman is not a "spineless coward".

Why did I find that hilarious? Very sinister.

Indeed. Was surprised to see him back, and was quite happy.

Bonzi in the what?????

Bonzi in the house? When he continues that kind of ugly play, he's going to sleep outside the house! :D

How did he play ugly last night? Obviously had rust, but he made good moves on all of his shot attempts, made 1-3, got a couple boards and steals, 1 TO, 1 ast.
