The blazers just keep getting better and better....reportedly sending J. Jack and Brandon Rush for Bayless and Diogu. Very good time to be a Blazers fan.

Yep, done everything right. They're going to dominate. My 2nd team after Kings, although I don't follow them. Just like what they're doing.

Lordy. At the rate they are going it may not matter what we do in future years -- we'll be playing for second.

They've been doing brilliant work up there.

yeah the blazers are making major moves.... though i dont know why the pacers want so many pgs.... i wonder which pg they will trade? ford/tinsley/jack which one will be the one? though i doubt that anyone wants tinsley, maybe the knicks....

Portland's potential starting lineup for the next decade

PG- J. Bayless 19 yrs old
SG- B. Roy 23 yrs old
SF- M. Webster 21 yrs old
PF- L. Aldridge 22 yrs old
C- Greg Oden 20 yrs old

Some say Bayless may not be a true point, but this works because of Roy. Roy can handle the ball just as good as a PG.

So, so happy for Arthur. Worked out good for him, he gets to play with the best young team in the League. He has alot of talent and could be the steal of the draft. Watching video of him now, remembering why I was so high on the guy. Impressive.

Again, absolutely magic job by the Blazers.

wow just wow..their front office has been on a roll

They are amazing. Off the bench now up front = Frye 25, Outlaw 24, Arthur 20 and then Pryzbilla? Can we move to the East?

Not to mention Fernandez stashed in Europe. And Rodriguez (not in Europe obviously).

It's quite staggering. They're unbelievable. And the funny thing is with all the young guys they have, one of them is likely to break out and become a star.

Gee, would have been kind of nice if we had nabbed that 27...or that 26 or....

its going to be many more dark years for teh kings unless they commit to a plan. :( coach theuss wants to make sure he puts up more wins than he did last year for sure. we'll probably end up in the same position hoping someone slides down to us.

it's crazy what committing to rebuilding and being active on draft night can do for an organization.

they have a clear vision of what they want to accomplish. stocking up on a young talent and rebuilding through the draft. no bandage crap other teams try to do. ;)

Next dynasty, no doubt about it. Roy and Bayless match each other perfectly in the backcourt. And they're piling up college studs for their BENCH!

Draft Express is saying Portland got Batum from Houston for Darrell Arthur and a second rounder:

Its almost funny how easily and amazingly Portland has been working over the draft these last 3-4 years. Its like they are in an entirely different class from anybody else in the league. Wonder if they will stash Batum, or bring him over immediately? Seems too good to stash.

This one would classify as a solid move for Houston as well -- adding another guy to try to bolster that PF spot.
