I'd trade Bibby for Iverson, and I think Philly would do it, but I don't like Miller for Dalembert.

Do you really think Iverson with his "all me" concept would be able to co-exist with Ron and Bonzi. Iverson doesn't seem to fit in with the direction the Kings are going right now. Plus, where's our PG going to come from? Don't tell me you think Iverson could run the show and effectively get Ron & Bonzi the ball. I know Bibby shoots a lot, but I'd rather have him shooting the ball than Iverson. Plus, with a solid backup, he wouldn't do that much shooting. The Sixers make out like bandits in this deal.

I could think of a lot of other reasons why this trade is unrealistic, but I'll stop there.

I'll reserve judgement until I see how Musselman runs the offense, but if Bibby is just going to be used as a shooting guard like he was last year, why not get a shooting guard who's a ton better at scoring and better on D?

Iverson/Artest just isn't happening... both want the ball, and Iverson is a scoring PG to the max.

If we traded Miller/bibby it'd be for a PF or C.

no way. iverson has some serious miles on him. isn't he in his 30s now? what happens when he starts losing his athleticism. most of his talent depends on his speed.

I would never EVER have Iverson on my team. He is one superstar that you can NEVER build a contender around. We would need 10 balls on the court and AI would hog 9 of them.

Muss gets his good ol' boys back:

Successful Scenario
Due to Sacramento, Philadelphia, Dallas and Washington being over the cap, the 25% trade rule is invoked. Sacramento, Philadelphia, Dallas and Washington had to be no more than 125% plus $100,000 of the salary given out for the trade to be accepted, which did happen here. This trade satisfies the provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

It solves our backup PG problem, but how Arenas would fit in would be a question. The Wizards wouldnt even need a backup PG anymore with AI on the roster. I don't think Washington does this trade because they would be giving up too much with too little in return--- Iverson and Arenas arent much of a difference. The trade would be great for us though. Philly would have Miller, CWebb, Bibby, Barnes, and Bibby's dad on their employment list...They must like the Kings to do this.
