Baron Davis Injured, again

It says he left the game with a bruised right ankle and didn't return. For the Hornets sake, I hope that means it's not too serious.
 
If I remember correctly there were people on this very board suggesting the Kings trade for BD. Its a good thing Petrie didn't listen. ;)
 
I tned to agree that Davis has worn his welcome out in NO, even though this bruse is hardley a serious injury. Baron needs to be part of a squad that is stacked at the SG and has a solid PG. This is not the guy to hyang your franchise on.

Why would anyone trade for BD right now? He is the NBA's version of Mr. Glass, even more so than Webb in our worst nighmares could be.

Baron can't be lumped in with Webber yet. Baron's first three years were full 82 game campaigns. Over the last three years, Baron missed 32, 15, and so far 19. Webber's had seasons where he missed 28, 28, 59, and 67 games and eight seasons of 10 or more DNPs.
