The Minnesota Timberwolves won only 19 games last season, got only 35 games out of Karl-Anthony Towns, and got just one to see the tandem of him and D’Angelo Russell. The Wolves brought back Malik Beasley and Juan Hernangomez while trading for Ricky Rubio. All solid pieces, especially Rubio, who can take some ball-handling responsibilities off Russell and is another pick-and-roll partner for Towns.
