Sorry to hear about Suzie!
Sorry to hear about this. Although I'm not a Lynx fan (except that I love Svet Abrosimova!), I feel bad for Suzie. She was the first coach that took the Lynx to a playoff series (in '03 and '04, losing to the Sparks both times).
The article said that assistant coach Carolyn Jenkins will take over as Head Coach for the remainder of the season.
There's some Northern California connections with Carolyn. She went to U.C. Berkeley and played for the Golden Bears women's b-ball team there in the late 80's/early 90's. She also had been an assistant coach at Stanford and was the Head Coach for Sacramento State University's b-ball for three season before she joined the Lynx.
As for the Lynx, they actually have some good players on that team, but they really haven't been the same since trading away Katie Smith last year. It looks like that team is going to do some major house cleaning after the season. Quite frankly, the G.M. Roger Griffiths has to go. He's been with the Lynx since they joined the WNBA in 1999. But the team has stagnated in the last couple of years. Unfortunately, Griffiths won't leave because he happens to be the owner's son-in-law.

Good luck, Suzie! I'm sure she'll find another job in the league soon. Maybe the NY Liberty coaching job? Oh, wait, on second thought, Carol Blazejowski (one of the most overrated G.M.'s in the WNBA) runs that team. Never mind.
