Corliss isn't mentioned anywhere in that link. Only Williamson is Kenny and he is in the Memphis front office.

Griz Add Williamson
Aug 16 - Vice president and general manager Chris Wallace will be aided by long-time basketball guru Kenny Williamson, who is expected to be named the team's assistant general manager, an NBA source confirmed Wednesday.

Williamson, a well-connected talent evaluator with more than 30 years' experience, spent the past three seasons as director of scouting with the Charlotte Bobcats.

Known as "Eggman" in basketball circles, Williamson led the Bobcats' scouting of college and high school prospects and assisted with the team's international scouting efforts. -- Memphis Commercial-Appeal

OK........

But I don't see Corliss anywhere in that article. Are you thinking of a different Williamson? And please include links when quoting or referencing an article not linked to previously. Thanks.

Um...we have no money...

Nope. We already spent it on "younger" talent....like Mikki Moore! :p

Corliss seems caught in a terrible market for free agents. Mark Cuban may be a dumbass, but he predicted that it was going to be a deep freeze year for FAs -- that teams had grown weary of bad contracts, and that only a few particularly stupid ones were going to throw around MLEs to middleaged middletalented old...oh....er.... :o

Anyway, still a lot of guys out there waiting. Corliss is one of them, and if he wants to continue his career looks like he'll have to sneak into a winning situation like San Anton or Boston on a sliver of their MLE or even their LLE. Just nobody spedning the real money for players of his ilk this summer.
