What was up with Carrie last night? She has been so good, and last night she totally blew it. I hope she didn't send herself packing tonight. Hopefully one bad performance wouldn't do it, especially when there's Scott, Federov, and Nadia giving bad performances every week! I agree that Constantine rocked last night.

I don't watch AI very often, but Constantine bugs the living crap outta me. Just my opinion. I hope he doesn't win, I cannot stand him.

but I really think she will stick around. Scott definately needs to go. I still don't get why Paula likes him so much. I'm hoping Nadia doesn't go this week either. She hasn't given a bad performance every week. She's actually been quite good the past few weeks and I thought her performance was the best of last weeks performances. Hopefully people will take that into consideration and get rid of the one who is always bad...SCOTT!!!

Last night was weird for me. Anthony sounded great. He chose a great song for his voice and did it very well. But one good performance is not good enough. Bo, sang well, but did not blow me away. Freebird was a really safe choice for him. It was good, but nothing special. Nadia was not good. The song was horrible and she was just blah. I missed Carrie and Anwar's performances. Vonzell did well. Her vocals were not GREAT but they were good and she chose a memorable song. Scott, whatever. Yeah he has a somewhat good voice but he is very limited. He did nothing for me last night. Constantine.........I can't stand watching him. I do not think he is sexy and he obviously does. It bugs me. He did very well. I to was thinking how is he going to pull of Boh. Rhapsody, but he did and he sang it well. I just don't want to have to look at him. Cheesy from the word go.

Thank you!!! It's not his singing that bothers me, per se, it's just his actions and his facial expressions. As a guy, I just want to reach through my TV and slap him around for being so cocky without reason for it. I always imagine his former bandmates sitting around the TV laughing at him every time he performs.
There always seems to be one guy that bugs the crap out of me every year that lasts way too long thanks to all those teenage girls flooding the phones because they think he's cute- Justin Guarini, that Marine guy last year (milking the teenage girl AND the American soldier angle), now this guy.

The Marine Guy you are talking about is Josh Grayson and he has become extremely famous and successful as a country singer. He has had I think 3 or 4 top 10 hits and was up for a CMT award. He has done really well for himself. Was AI for him?.....No, but I am glad he found something.
Justin, was good, but there were others who were better that should've stayed that year over him as well. I didn't like Fantasia either.

At first I thought Vonzell barely made it to the top twelve but in her past three performances she has vastly improved and has wowed me. She deserves to be in second place if she doesnt win the whole thing. She hardly gets out of tune and she can hold a note very well. SHe's my favorite by far, then Bo.

No, you are definitely not the only one. It is SO frustrating...In my opinion either Scott or Anthony should have gone last night...Nadia did have a bad week but she is FAR more talented than those two....What does everyone else think?VF21 said:

I agree about the haircut. He has a great face and short hair would look fabulous on him. My hubby taped it for me last night, and I never, NEVER, rewind and watch songs again (usually because they are just not good enough) I listened to Bo's Vehicle 6 times. I watched it once, but the other 5 times, I closed my eyes and listened. PERFECTION!!!! It was brilliant. I almost wish he would quit the show so he isn't under the stupid contracts that AI holds them to.

Based Upon Last Nights Performance ...
My bottom 3 are:
Worst: Constantine - didn't particularly like the song ... poor choice for his voice
Next to Worst: Anthony - great voice ... but, just didn't have that R&B soul
Scott - Even though he chose a good song and sang it well, compared to the remaining 4 ... they got more votes
Bo, Vonzell and Carrie - were the best - excellent performances
Anwar - will get enough votes - not one of his better performances

You know Anwar just doesn't do it for me. I think he has an ok enough voice but there is nothing "special" about him. Same goes for Scott and Anthony. Nice voices but NOTHING that stands out.

I'm a guy, so I don't know what it's called...whatever goes on your eyes...too much of it, he looked like a drag queen.
I'm an Anwar fan because he's the only singer in the group that gives me goosebumps when he sings. Every other year, the person that won was the person that consistently gave me goosebumps. My hair follicles know what's up.
