I was just going to post this. It is the Kings home opener in Nov 1995. Kings vs. T-Pups in Garnett's first pro game. The officials are still in a labor dispute, so there are 2 officials working the game...not the regular officials.

When it was the norm to have only 2 officials..it seemed that the games were called better.

I was at this game, and I had the worst seats at Arco I have ever had, top row under the guy w/ the big spotlight, hit me in the head like 3 times!

One of my favorite games is a LA/Sac game at ARCO during this same period with the scab refs. Everyone's going ballistic at them. I'll try to upload a clip of it later, maybe.

Too many cooks spoil the broth. Now they get into little conferences to decide what to call AFTER the fact.
