A Tribute to Doug Christie

This is awesome and really made me cry. It deserves it own thread IMHO. This is your best work yet, my dear Freak.

Nice job. The best memories I will have of DC are 1) game 3 vs Dallas in '02 when he went down with an injury and then Peja went down with an ankle injury and DC came back in the game and single handedly carried the Kings on his back to the win; 2) his patented pass from the top of the key to the cutting Peja below the basket; 3) the Rick Fox punch.

Thanks a lot, just when I was feeling better about the trade, I see this. :( The still shots were perfect, man.

It really brings back a lot of good memories watching this team with Doug.

You should make this file save-able. Might I suggest something like Rapid Share

Wow! That was incredible. Honestly. It definitely made me cry. I know he isn't dead, but I still feel like I'm grieving! I feel like Christie brought so much spirit and passion to this team, and it hurts to see him traded. It could be a great trade, I don't know, I'll think about that tomorrow. Right now I'm just sad Christie's gone, and I feel like he's taken a little bit of the team with him. And, it's sad to see him going to a team that doesn't appreciate him (yet). Just heard on ESPN that the Magic players were wearing black wristbrands with Mobley's number on them to protest the trade.

This was awesome Freak....
The only problem is that it is making me miss Doug already and he hasn't even been gone for 24 hrs. One thing I know for sure after watching this video - ARCO will NOT be the same when Kings step onto the court tonight without #13.....
